Our house has been on the market a little over a week now, although things haven't gone as well as we hoped. Our realtor (who was strongly recommended to us) has been a real klutz - she lost our listing agreement, listed our home with a picture of the neighbors house (no joke), listed the wrong phone number, etc. Needless to say, we didn't have any showings the first week. I finally had to put my attorney-hat on and lay down the law with her. Since then things have gone better - she fixed the mistakes, we've had two showings, and we're having an open house this Sunday. The market is pretty bad for sellers right now, so we're keeping our expectations in check. If your interested, here's the link to our virtual tour.

I can't believe your agent! What a joke! Fortunately you were able to set things back in order early on in the process. We are really praying for you guys to be able to sell and move on!
Goll, what a ding-dong! You need to brain her and then the people that recommended her to you! Kimball
I can't believe how cheap your house is! Are you sure you want to leave Texas? It's a scary world of sticker shock outside of the Lone Star State. Too bad you didn't make it up here. Chad actually got a random call from Jones Day a few days ago. They were doing a search for Russian speakers from top law schools and found him. They would want us to move to Moscow though, so it's not much of a possibility. Plus, he likes his firm a lot.
Ditch the do-do! Here's Sarah's info...

She said if/when you are ready for her help, contact her and she'll sit down and lay out her marketing plan with yall. She cannot actively persue you but you can contact her. I have no doubt she would do ALL in her power to sell your cute house.
The realtor side of me says there's no time for mistakes in this market - not to be mean BUT it's SOOOOOO true! And to be even more unsympathetic, there isn't room for her sickness (and I only say that because I heard she apparently has an assistant??!!)
